Deposit & Payment
A deposit is required to confirm your appointment. Down payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
This applies to every single service offered.
 
Remaining amount 
Please pay the remaining amount in cash. No cash? When transferring, there are transaction costs of €5 .
 
Adress
You will find the address in the confirmation email that you will receive immediately after booking an appointment.

Be on time
More than 15 minutes late? Then unfortunately your appointment can no longer continue. Due to the reserved times. Are you unable to attend? Please let us know early by a Whatsapp Message Click here
 
Cancellations & Rescheduling
 
If you need to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be void and must be paid again if you rebook. Cancelling on the same day or not showing up will result in the full remaining amount being charged.
 
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must do so within 48 hours after booking. Otherwise, your deposit will be void and a new deposit will be required.

If you reschedule your appointment within the specified period, your deposit will remain valid for 1 month from the original appointment date. After 1 month, the deposit expires.
 
Precaution
To prepare for your reservation, please make sure to arrive with clean lashes and a fresh face. This includes things such as type of makeup. (No mascara, concealer, foundation, eyeliner, lash glue residue and any oils).
 
Please note, we do not fill sets that have been placed elsewhere than ours. Could this be the case? Additional costs of €20 will be charged for on-site removal if there is time.
 
Infills
With a refill, at least 40% of the eyelash extensions must be present. If a fill is reserved and it turns out to be a full set, your reservation may be rescheduled. If there is enough time, you will be charged for a full set. 
 
Guarantee
You have a 48-hour warranty.
 
Last minute appointment 
Do you not see any available appointments online and would you still like to schedule an appointment with us? Then you can use our squeeze in. With a squeeze in you have the option to schedule an appointment with us last minute.

Appointments after 6 p.m.
For appointments after 6 p.m. (outside working hours) we charge €10 extra
 
Company is not allowed and will be refused at the door.
